4 hours: Today I reassembled the HS and match-drilled the
ribs to the spars. Then took it all apart again. Also went through
the ribs again to make sure they are well-smoothed, flat, flanges
at the right angles, etc.
The skin sides of the main ribs where they meet the forward spar
are not lining up, the hole is off by at least an eighth of an inch.
Not sure if this is caused by the protective plastic bunching up on the inside of the spar, bends
in the ribs, or what. This is the first alignment problem I've had so far...
