9/29/200310 hours:Spent a ton of time deburring the HS spars. Wasted a lot of time with slower techniques like filing, sanding, and drill-mounted scotchbrite. Eventually got moving pretty quickly with a die-grinder-mounted pseduo-scotchbrite. I realized these would have gone much faster on the bench grinder but the spars would have hit the other (stone) wheel...unsure if I can run the grinder with only one wheel fitted. Then I deburred all the holes throughout the HS.
