4 hours: Finished the last few drill-holes on the skin, then disassembled
and deburred the holes in the skin. There must be at least 250 holes, and
2 sides to debur each...
Got a reply from Van's about the tight HS skin, they agree that it is due
to the skin plastic being present, and also recommended putting grease
down on the nose ribs to prevent scratching. Those would have been
nice hints to put in the manual, especially since the manual says you
can leave the plastic on during drilling...
