10/27/20034 hours: Spent most of today recreating the HS attach angle that I broke a while ago. Getting the metal cut is second nature by now, but redrilling the holes in the exact position as the old angle took a bit of thought and luck. I ended up clamping it to the spar then drilling just a little bit into the angle, then finishing the hole on the drill press. I was afraid of enlarging the spar holes if I drilled it all the way in assembly. It worked out pretty well. Then I started backriveting the VS spar. I thought I had it figured out but I managed to cause two rivets to clinch until I learned that you need to hold the gun tight and press down pretty hard. I'll drill those out tomorrow.I also heard back about my uneven HS-911 hinge, they said it should not be like that and are sending replacement parts.
