10/29/20036 hours: And only 2 rivets successfully set. This post sounds exactly like my day. Especially the part about giving up and selling everything.It wasn't a total loss, I learned a lot about riveting, though it came at the expense of a dinged spar (repairable) and a number of enlarged rivet holes. I did a lot more reading and finally got better at riveting big universal heads, and I will update the newbie guide with what I learned soon. But my new problem is that there are gaps forming between the spar and ribs when I rivet.
