3 hours: After a lot of procrastinating and waiting for tools I re-tackled the VS skeleton. Many people gave me advice how to eliminate gaps between the spar and ribs, search the matronics archives for a summary if you are having this problem too. The short version is: use lots of clamps. Here are my clamps.
After all that, the skeleton came out great and it is ready to rivet into the skin.
