4 hours: I spent some time screwing around with some slightly crooked rivets on the VS, and even replaced a couple with oops rivets. Overall nothing seems to help them though, once the first rivet goes bad the subsequent ones are likely to follow.I modified my back-rivet set to be able to hit the stiffeners, then riveted the first few...
Removing the protective plastic, dropping hundreds of rivets into the holes, then taping them up is probably more time-consuming than the riveting itself. back-riveting goes really fast and the results are very nice.
