6 hours: The HS is essentially done. After struggling with the alignment for a few hours, I decided to try hitting a few rivets to see if it would line up, and sure enough it did. Several hundred rivets later, it is about done. There are a couple odd rivets to redo, and the hinge assembly to rivet on.
