3 hours: Trim tab time. The only ribs in this contraption are made of foam. I guess the tab is so small that the skin provides most of the strength.
The ribs are bonded to the skin with fuel tank sealant, after masking and scuffing the skin in those spots.
Here is the control arm for the trim servo to push and pull on.
