5 hours: Wing stand construction. Basically all you need is two big vertical posts about 11 feet apart, with some arms coming out the side to hold the spar. The wing is then built around the spar. I attached the posts to the ceiling with cleats and screws, and just hotglued the bottom to the concrete slab to keep it from moving around.
Here is the finished result; that is the left wing spar crossing the middle of the garage.
